withdrawal information for service packages
This withdrawal information applies exclusively to customers who conclude a contract with Ländlefee as consumers. Businesses have no statutory right of withdrawal under the Austrian Distance and Off-Premises Contracts Act (FAGG). This English translation is provided for convenience only; the German version is legally binding.
1. Right of withdrawal
If you conclude the contract as a consumer at a distance, in particular via our website, you generally have the right to withdraw from this contract within 14 days without giving any reason.
The withdrawal period is 14 days from the day the contract is concluded.
2. Exercising the right of withdrawal
To exercise your right of withdrawal, you must inform us of your decision to withdraw from this contract by means of a clear statement.
You may use the model withdrawal form below for this purpose, but it is not mandatory.
To meet the withdrawal deadline, it is sufficient for you to send your notice of withdrawal before the withdrawal period has expired.
3. Consequences of withdrawal
If you withdraw from this contract, we will generally refund all payments we have received from you in connection with the service package concerned.
We will generally make the refund using the same means of payment you used for the original payment, unless expressly agreed otherwise.
You will not be charged any fees for this refund.
4. Early start of the service
If you expressly request that Ländlefee begins the agreed service before the 14-day withdrawal period has expired, work may begin within the withdrawal period.
If you then withdraw from the contract after services have already been provided, a proportionate amount may be owed for the services actually provided up to the time of your withdrawal, provided the statutory conditions are met.
5. Expiry of the right of withdrawal upon full performance
For a service contract, the right of withdrawal may expire before the end of the 14-day period if the service has been provided in full and you previously expressly requested that the service begin before the end of the withdrawal period and confirmed that you are aware that you lose your right of withdrawal once the contract has been fully performed.
For consumer bookings, these declarations are obtained separately and actively in the ordering process.

The electronic withdrawal function does not replace the option of declaring withdrawal by email or by any other legally permitted means.
